How our courier services work
Each day we are assigned 50+ routes by our partners. The drivers in Swindon and Reading will use devices for their parcel deliveries and check their vehicles before loading.
We provide daily training, safety reminders and updates to delivery drivers carrying out our services and are on hand to guide and assist drivers every step of the way.
After collecting parcels from the delivery station in the morning, delivery drivers will head out on their pre-planned and sequenced routes where they will follow the directions for the delivery and complete them one by one. A typical shift is around 8-9 hours.
Once drivers have completed their routes they will return to the station and a lead driver will debrief the driver, collect in all of the devices and keys, thanking the driver for another great day of deliveries!
We deliver 362 days of the year, come rain or shine so there is always days available for work whether it’s one day or six each week, we don’t allow 7 day working to avoid driver fatigue.
