"Excellent, supportive company"

"One big happy family, I was made welcome from the moment I arrived.
From the first day I worked for them, they have made me feel appreciated and valued.
Team work is a high priority within the company".

Our Operations Manager, Conor, started with us as a van driver in 2021 then moved into his role as Warehouse and Transport Manager.
He recently passed his International Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and is being supported through the Palletways Management Training Programme.

Conor's determination, problem solving skills and support he provides to the transport and warehouse teams is invaluable.

Dominique started with us in 2021 as our Office Manager. With a keen eye for finance, Darcica supported Dom through her AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
Securing a grant through the OxLEP apprenticeship scheme, Dom was able to set up a dedicated home working space, enabling her to concentrate on her studies and improve productivity for herself and the business.
Her communication skills and team work have been able to flourish by taking on new decision making and problem solving. Dom is a real support to the whole team – dealing with both financial and service-related issues.

In 2023 Rhys joined Darcica as a HGV driver.

He was keen to expand his skills so Darcica invested in training for Rhys and he is now a qualified dangerous goods (ADR) driver and Lead Driver, supporting the rest of the driving team.
That means we are now able to offer more services to our customers. We also have an on-hand safety advisor to ensure any collections we carry out are done as safely as possible.
